Sweet Corn - Normal (su)

Standard sweet corn varieties (su) offer traditional old-fashioned corn flavor and require isolation-- either by time or distance--from (sh2) and synergistic sweet corns. The sugars in the kernels will convert to starch more rapidly than other types, so be sure to use quickly when mature.
