Popcorn

Sow seed around the middle of May about 1/2" deep in hills of about 3-4 seeds. Harvest in late August or September when the ears are about 5" long and the stalks and leaves are completely dry. Let dry for about a week in a dry, sheltered place. Then husk, strip and pop!
