Harvest abundant crops of large, sweet and nutritious nuts. This Japanese/European hybrid is resistant to the Chestnut Blight that has virtually destroyed our native American Chestnut. It grows rapidly to 25 ft. tall and yields very large, high quality nuts beginning about 3 to 5 years after planting. Requires a pollinator, so plant 2 or more trees or use Chinese Chestnut as a pollinator. Zones 4-8. 1 to 2 ft. bare root seedlings. Cannot ship to AK, CA, HI and WA.
