Compact, healthy, dark green plants have blue flowers and produce 4-5 inch potatoes in a beautiful ornamental mix ranging from red to rose blush skin tones. Flesh is creamy white and yellow with great texture and flavor - a happy medium between a yellow-skined potato and a russet. Expecially good for mashing or boiling.
