A beautiful variety with rich red pods on a reddish-colored, very bushy plant. A most unusual okra color. Pods will retain their rich red color as long as they remain fresh, but they will turn green as soon as they are cooked. Bush is tall-growing, about 5 feet and is frequently used as a garden edging, as a hedge or as a temporary screen. Used fresh in salads, cooked, or in dried flower arrangements.
