Later and slightly larger than our Dwarf Blue Curled variety. Plants are leafy and sprawling with large, light green leaves with frilly edges. The leading variety in the southern part of the U.S. More widely adaptable than Scotch. Can withstand frost, which actually improves the flavor. Will stand the entire winter in much of the South. Widely used as cooked greens, roasted or chopped for use on sandwiches and in salads. Grows 12 to 18 in. tall. 65 days.
